Quiet location, loyal staff, very clean venue, satisfactory breakfast. Room had plenty of facilities, including an iron, a work desk and a multi-channel TV. The place is 5 km away from Burnley downtown.

The staff were simply gracious and they had comfortable beds. A heating system, ironing facilities and a study table were available in our standard double room. The food here was great.
